Returns and Refunds Policy

At Rogue Gym, we pride ourselves in providing top-of-the-line home and commercial workout equipment and stand behind the performance of our products. Every order we ship out, is carefully selected and tested to meet strict standards. Due to hygienic considerations and the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final on all our products ranging from workout accessories, promotional items, and assembled equipment. Your satisfaction is our priority, and our goal is to ensure all our products arrive in one piece. However, on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, make sure to contact us within 48 hours of shipment.
Give us a call at 0742 113 484 with your order details including the product sold to you and a brief description of the issue at hand. Once we’re able to verify the problem, we will arrange for a replacement at our discretion. Please note that this policy only applies to incorrect, defective, or damaged on transit goods.
