While every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and up to date, Rogue Gym cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. This is due to continuous product development specifications, possible color changes and we may also substitute a product for one of similar or better quality.
All products are subject to availability.
All products are delivered flat packed and will require assembly by you. Installation may be available for an additional charge.
Product content, videos and blogs found on www.roguegym.co.ke, as well as our social media channels, contain information relating to fitness equipment and workout routines. This content is intended as general information only, and is not to be taken as personal advice. We recommend consulting a doctor before changing your exercise routine or using new equipment. Using fitness and strength equipment has inherent risk, and users should always proceed with safely and with caution.

Price Promise
At Rogue Gym, we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers premium products at the best possible prices, which is why we will try our absolute best not to be beaten on price. If you find the same like-for-like product offered at a lower price elsewhere prior to purchase, contact us by phone, email or LiveChat and we’ll do our best to match or beat the competitor’s price for you.
How to Order
We have 3 methods for you to place your order – telephone, mail, and in-store. All orders outside Nairobi must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order.
If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back-order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.
Please note: in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.
We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. We also accept PayPal (online only).
If you are ordering by credit card, the goods must be sent to the card holder’s registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone Rogue Gym prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional information.
In some instances, we may need to refund an order post-purchase should the order or payment not meet our internal fraud prevention checks.
Delivery Information
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Rogue Gym or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery.
Rogue Gym will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges.
All orders over KES 10,000 are delivered FREE to all customers within Nairobi County (exclusions apply).
We instruct our delivery team not to leave products in “safe spaces”. If you instruct them to leave the parcel in a “safe space”, for example, via their email or phone website, we cannot be held liable for parcels that are stolen, lost, or damaged.
In rare circumstances, deliveries, installations or service visits may be delayed due to unforeseen events; in this event, we are unable to offer monetary compensation.
